All in stock items will ship within 3 business days. Out of stock items in your cart could take an extra week to ship. You will be notified by e-mail when your order ships.
Feather flowers in transit can become crushed, no matter how carefully they are packed. Please see Feather Care for more information.
Accessories can only be returned if the item is damaged.
We are working to include accurate measurements in each product listing to limit the need for returns. If the measurements are not listed, please contact us prior to buying for an accurate fit. Even with measurements, we understand that everyone is not shaped the same. If the clothing item you purchased does not fit, we will allow it to be returned for a store credit.
To return a clothing item, please fill out the "Return Authorization" form under your account within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for a return authorization number. We must receive the returned itmes within 10 days of issuing RA#. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a merchandise credit to your account.
To submit a return request:
1. Log in, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to the item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions from your settings.
Please note that we do not accept late returns. Only styles which have been authorized for return will be accepted.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
If boxes are sent back to us for any of the following reasons: No Funds, Held for pick up, 3 attempts, will call; they can only be re-shipped to the customer with Credit Card payment. We will also charge the initial freight charge, as well as the re-shipping fees.
All sales final on discounted merchandise. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about measurements.
